Yes! I found out about EFT and NLP not too long ago. I think they are really effective. I used EFT to diffuse anxiety I felt while on the way to the airport to fly to Providence. All of a sudden I was nervous where Im not usually a nervous flyer. I tapped on the spots suggested and by the time I was boarding I was calm as could be. I was amazed! and pleased that it was so easy. I checked out The Magic of Zero and found it refreshingly easy to understand. Really, Its not like all the rest, No Hype!!! Yeah!
